Fitzwilliam Gate is a collection of 3 and 4 bedroom freehold houses on Histon Road in Cambridge's CB4 postcode, with Histon Road Recreation Ground beside the development and local amenities close by.

Cambridge Station is around 15 minutes by bike, the A14 around 5 minutes by car, and frequent buses run towards the city centre. Nearby schools include Mayfield Primary School and St Luke's C of E Primary School, both listed at around 8 minutes on foot.

Cambium Square - more space in Cambourne

Cambium Square offers 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom freehold houses in Cambourne, with schools, shops and green space close to home. Morrisons is around 10 minutes away on foot, while Cambourne Park Science & Technology Campus is also nearby.

Buying ahead for the next few years

For both developments, Hill's current payment terms state that a further 10% of the purchase price, less the reservation fee, is payable on exchange of contracts, with the remaining 90% due on legal completion.

Both developments currently show anticipated completion from Spring 2027, which may suit families buying ahead for education, relocation or future use.
