From there, London Liverpool Street is from 49 minutes. Hertford North Station also connects to Moorgate from around 52 minutes.
By car, the A10 and M25 are within reach. London Stansted is around 31 minutes away, while London Luton is around 35 minutes away.

Hertford has rental demand from commuters, young professionals, couples and families.
The investor guide shows rents in Hertford have risen by 43% over the past five years, with 27% of homes in the private rented sector. It also notes that 44% of Hertford renters work in London TfL Zones 1-3.
