Hertford Locks sits beside the River Lea in Hertford, a market town north of London.

From there, London Liverpool Street is from 49 minutes. Hertford North Station also connects to Moorgate from around 52 minutes.

By car, the A10 and M25 are within reach. London Stansted is around 31 minutes away, while London Luton is around 35 minutes away.

The first apartment release includes homes in Waterlily House, with 1 and 2-bedroom layouts available.
