The Green Quarter - The Orien

The Orien is the latest building within The Green Quarter, a large-scale masterplan by Berkeley Group in West London. The wider development spans 50% open space, including 13 acres of parkland, wetlands and a 1km frontage along the Grand Union Canal. It is made up of four distinct neighbourhoods, with The Orien sitting at the heart of the Quarter Yards, right on the new high street.

The building itself has 112 apartments across six floors, ranging from Manhattan studios to 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes, each with a private balcony or terrace. Residents have access to The Quarter Club, a private wellness and amenity space spanning the ground and lower ground floors, which includes a swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam rooms, a fully equipped gym, co-working lounges and botanical gardens. There are also restaurants and bars at street level, with a Sainsbury's Local due to open later this year.
